The Silicon Carbide Gear Shaft is an advanced ceramic component manufactured from high-performance Silicon Carbide. This monolithic design integrates a gear with a shaft, combining the exceptional properties of SiC—including extreme wear resistance, corrosion resistance, high rigidity, and lightweight characteristics—to address the challenges of wear, corrosion, and lubrication faced by traditional metal gear shafts in harsh operating environments.
